Liability Waiver

By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily participating at your own risk. You hereby release and hold harmless Peace on the Pond, its owners, staff, vendors, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damages, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or death, that may occur during or as a result of this event.

Notice Regarding Wildlife & Natural Environment

Peace on the Pond is a nature-based venue located on 10 private acres, featuring wooded areas, a pond, gardens, and walking paths. While we make every effort to ensure a safe environment, guests may encounter wildlife such as birds, deer, turtles, insects, and other natural elements. By attending, you acknowledge this possibility and accept all risks related to the natural surroundings.

Paddle Boat & Life Jacket Policy

Guests are welcome to enjoy the paddle boat during the Grand Opening celebration. For your safety and in accordance with venue policy, the following rules must be observed at all times:

- Life jackets must be worn by all individuals while using the paddle boat — no exceptions.
- The paddle boat is limited to a maximum of two (2) people at a time.
- Guests must follow all staff instructions and operate the paddle boat responsibly.
