I will honor and respect all indoor and outdoor spaces, including the lake, labyrinth, trails, and Shala.*

I agree to Quiet Hours between 10 PM and 8 AM and will keep noise to a minimum.*

I will not host parties, events, or unapproved gatherings.*

Illegal substances are absolutely prohibited.*

I agree that no smoking, vaping, or hookah use is allowed indoors or on decks/patios.*

I will follow all designated parking instructions and understand street parking is not permitted.*

I acknowledge that lake use is at my own risk, and swimming or entering the water is not allowed.*

I will walk the Labyrinth & Release Trail respectfully and safely.*

I will follow all Shala, spa, sauna, and hot tub rules.*

I will only use the firepit with permission and will comply with all safety requirements.*

I will maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and food areas.*

I will treat the property with care and avoid damaging or moving furniture.*

I understand children are prohibited.*

I understand towels, robes, and linens must remain on the property and fees apply for missing/damaged items.*

I will not conduct professional photography or fly drones without written permission.*

I acknowledge responsibility for any damages, excessive cleaning fees, or violations.*

I will not tamper with or cover outdoor security cameras.*

Please always keep the heater between 69-72 degrees on AUTO*

Do no sit on cream furniture wearing clothing that dyes and stains the furniture.*

I will comply with all check-out procedures.*

I understand that violating major rules may result in immediate removal without refund.*
