• Aromatherapy Yoga – Led by Johntay (LIT Essentials)

  • A grounding and restorative flow designed to open the heart, release tension, and elevate presence. Enhanced with intentional aromas to deepen relaxation.

• Breath-work – Led by Nadyne (Breathe & Soar)

  • A guided breath sequence to calm the nervous system, clear emotional buildup, and reconnect you to clarity and inner peace.

• Sound Healing – Led by Lynn

  • A resonant sound bath using crystal bowls and harmonic frequencies to align your energy and elevate your vibration for the year ahead.

• Fresh Wellness Smoothie

  • A handcrafted, nourishing smoothie intentionally prepared to ground and replenish the body after class.
